If you choose to slide the rack over shelves, ensure cabinet doors do not touch shelves when closed before purchase. If they do, sliding the mug rack over the shelf will inhibit proper closing. Coffee cup holder is easily mounted; simply place the mug rack wherever you want it, then insert the screws into the looped grooves built into the upper arm of the kitchen organizer.
